Customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
2. Safety Rules
- Adult supervision required at all times
- No shoes, food, or sharp objects
- No rough play or flips
- Do not use in bad weather (rain or strong winds)
3. Liability Waiver
Customer assumes all risks and agrees the business is not responsible for injuries or damages during use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Weather Policy
Rescheduling is allowed depending on availability. No refunds after setup.
5. Damage Policy
Customer is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning.
6. Privacy Policy
Customer information is used only for booking and communication. No sharing with third parties.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds after delivery. Deposits may be transferable to a new date.
